Insights are meant to surface scenarios where a field is being leveraged when certain conditions are true.

Anywhere you see a field with the lightbulb symbol, that indicates FieldSpy has picked up an Insight: 

For example, a field called "Current MRR"  that has a population percentage of 1% looks like a prime candidate for deletion.

However, insights is showing that Current MRR is actually populated on 208/210 records where the Account.Type = "Customer"

Insights is only looking at records created in the last 90 days for that object.

Insights is comparing against the following fields on these specific objects (in order to be an insight, it must be populated 95% or higher for records created in the last 90 days):
