Monitors

Sonar’s Follow, Application detection, Setup Audit Trail alerts now all live in a single easy to use location, Monitors.  Enabling you to easily setup, configure, and edit monitors across all of Sonar’s alerting capabilities. 

Simply select “Create Monitor” and follow the prompts to generate alerting around your most critical Salesforce entities, like, New applications connected to Salesforce, Edits to critical automations, system access changes via permission sets.

Monitors can be created for the following:

1. New application connections: Be alerted when a new application is connected to Salesforce

2. Access changes: When an existing integration begins to read or write to new Salesforce fields

3.  Uptime Monitors:  Has an integration made a call to Salesforce in an expected time frame.  (Hourly, Daily, Weekly, Monthly)

4. New OAuth user for an existing integration

5. Changes to followed Salesforce metadata entities:  

6.  Customized Setup Audit trail alerting like changes to Permission sets or new access granted to sensitive fields.
