Intro to Tags

Tags in Sonar enable you to add more context to your metadata by applying a specific label to a field that can be referenced by any user within Sonar. Using Tags is a great way to flag external systems, different business units, or view fields that are being leveraged in a managed package.

• • • Create tags to track fields involved in mission-critical GTM processes (ex: lead routing, sales-to-success handoff, renewals, executive reports, etc)
    • Create tags for key software in your tech stack that update or pull from Salesforce
